I have been working recently on bettering my FSBO strategies. Here are 8 great tips I found that can generate positive responses from even the toughest FSBOs! They are referred to as "Call to action" tactics.
1. Let them know you are active in the neighborhood. 2. Offer them "free" stuff. CMAs, advice, etc 3. Let them know you understand their decision to sell on their own. DON"T BE PUSHY! 4. Say your available to answer any questions, should they find a buyer. 5. Let them know you have connections! 6. Tell them you will be staying in touch and providing more info. 7. Invite them to call YOU. 8. Offer to put their home and pics on your website (with permission).
All these tips are putting the ball in their court, which is how they want to feel in the first place..that's why they are FSBOs. But they all can come back around to you getting an interview and a foot in the door!
