The Hendersonville Regional Planning Commission unanimously approved the final master development plan and site plans on March 5th for a new 108 unit condomininium complex in Hendersonille called Indian Lake Townhomes. The new development will be built on the south side of Saundersville Road, just east of Stop 30 Road.
The Phillips Builders will be constructing the development. The price point is projected to be in the $170,000. According to Jason Phillips, it is the same product that is in the Providence in Mt. Juliet.
Lisa Milligan, the senior planner for the city of Hendersonville, says the the developemnt will have 18 separate buildings with 6 residential townhome units, each with three bedrooms per unit. The units will range from 1650 to 1800 sqft. There will be a resident-included dog-park and seating area.
Construction is expected to begin in the next four months. The Phillips Builders are hoping to have some units for sale by the fall.
The development is currently zoned for Station Camp Elementary, Knox Doss Middle and Station Camp High schools.
